We appreciate your feedback. Transitioning from an in-office setting to working from home can be challenging. We have support mechanisms in place like our Wellness Program that includes both social & emotional support as well as our Employee Assistance Program. When decisions are made at the top many factors come into play. One of them is the way it will impact all of our employees. We often have to make long-term business decisions that could have negative implications in the short-term. We are always looking for ways to ensure our employees have equal access to growth and development opportunities. In 2022, we launched our first company-wide learning management system, Interface University, for all employees to have 24/7 access to training tools and resources.
