I started with Interface 12 years ago today, and have seen a lot of good changes over the years. The recent focus on "building a culture" has made a big improvement in overall morale for the team. The company also recently switched to a "Day 1" start for benefits including vacation accrual and insurance. Upper management and the Executive team seems to truly care about the team and has made huge strides to show their appreciation.

I work at iSOC - Dallas. We respond to alarm activations to maintain top security protocol. We visually and audibly monitor surveillance activity to: Deter theft, Increase Safety, Contact police for emergencies, Customer queries and assistance and Safety precaution awareness. I like to call us “Eyes in the Sky”. When I arrived at my interview I was greeted with a smile, the energy was positive, they made me feel Welcomed. When I entered the iSOC my eyes lit up! I could not believe what I was seeing. It looked surreal! If you've watched the movie "The Call" it'll give you a broad understanding of how the iSOC looks like. During my sit down I was very intrigued! The job is so fast paced, you have two phones, two keyboards, two mice and 8 screens in front of you! My ideal work environment! I love juggling several things at once. I knew I belonged here. I was a bit nervous during my interview but the person that interviewed me made it so easy for me! It felt like we were conversing rather than me interviewing for a job. He made my nerves disappear; I've never really enjoyed an interview until that day. I love my job, I love my peers, my manager and the People Team (HR)! Everyone here is so friendly; they really take the "Open door policy" to a different level. I can express myself here and I know that I am being heard. Diversity and Equity are taken seriously. There is always room for development and growth. I learn something new every day. The management team is all about uptraining. It only benefits me in the long run. My benefits are great! I immediately accrued vacation and sick time when hired on! We have a wellness program and I obsoletely love it! We have employee engagement surveys regularly. The People Team are very involved with us. We have a coffee bar, a game room and massaging chairs! I really enjoy waking up and coming to work, They're like a second family. I would recommend this job to everyone!
