Top management, located in BC, has a knack for manipulating individuals and subsequently discarding them. Therefore, it is advisable to carefully consider your decision before leaving your current job to join their company.

Pros

You get paid good money, good benefits, if you're willing to put hard work in you'll do just fine.

Cons

The hours are very exhausting and you have little to no personal time even taking care of your health can start to become challenging. The last is to try to be on everyone's good sides unfortunately there are a fair amount of employees who are very rude and if they decide they don't like you for whatever reason they will do all they can to illicit ill will towards you.
