Overtime Levels (Pay raises) People (fun and hardworking co workers)

Cons

Too much overtime. Advancing levels feels like you have to jump through hoops even if you are qualified. Not paying people what they deserve. Faulty equipment.

Pros

Trying to be transparent. The pay for the area is pretty good and the insurance is decent.

Cons

The management sucks. There’s one supervisor that has berated his workers (I was one of the them) and had bragged at how hard he works his guys for little to no gain for production. The way the pay rates are needs a total reworking but the company won’t do it. They have written up/fired people for little things that didn’t have any affect to production.
