There is nothing positive about the HR team here. People get hired and paid for who they know and not for the expertise they have. There is no recognition, no credit given. Will not recommend this company to any one looking HR opportunities

Will not recommend this company especially the HR team to anyone. One of the worse teams ever.

Okay pay, benefits. Some good employees working for this Company

Cons

Unbelievably heavy to management/supervisors. Micro mangers/control freaks. Unable to let you do your job. No one to talk to, as everyone is manager and they stick up for each other. HR is useless, they have no idea what is going on in the work place and will side with management. "Fear based Management Style" making you do unethical things. Very Toxic environment!!!

Fast paced company - employees are driven, and we are growing. What makes Interfor stand out for me are the people - I have never been so supported by colleagues before. They really are trying to develop a culture of success and caring. Great employer

Fast paced and sometimes priorities shift, but to be expected with a growing company
