In the corporate offices (HR, Accounting, IT...), this company only promotes caucasian employees, women with no kids or family. There are nice to read policies on diversity but not applied. Others groups could be hired on a temporary basis but then abusively fired. The lack of training is real and they expect a new hire to be strong on day one. The micromanagement is unfortunately the management style with agressive managers. You will have numerous meetingsfor nothing. I do not recommend for a mental healthy person.

- individuals may experience "slipping between the cracks" and being left out of skill development unless they actively pursue - despite voicing interest in expanding skills there is a negative environment of "yes, you are capable" and "no you don't have enough credentials" as conflicting opinions on what individuals are capable of and as a result one can be found doing the same task over and over again - management has no training in place for new employees (in particular fields) and expects them to learn on the job autonimously - high stress, with individuals constantly say "forget that other task and complete this for me"
