Since the new Interfor was started it's gone straight downhill.

They have a profit share plan. They have a employee assistance plan, to help with counselling for anyone that requests it.

Cons

Management doesn't listen and they waste money. They threw away brand new $10000 parts and scraped $50000 parts that they ended up buying back.
