Interfor is a great company to work for! The organization is excellence driven and lives by their core values. Safety is truly the priority, which is clearly exhibited by all supervisors/managers I have interacted with. The company truly values its employees, and the leadership team strives be highly engaged with everyone who works here.

Cons

Long hours, occasional last-minute changes to the work schedule.

retirement, option to buy stock in company, higher pay scale for the area, good insurance, safety conscious, huge opportunity for advancement, reward programs i.e. lunch, gear etc. monthly, everyone is courteous, friendly and professional. Management takes an interest in the individual employee. Family is valued. I feel like I came home.

Cons

noisy but that is expected in a mill environment
