Good management, great co-workers, good pay, nice benefits. Always looking to move employees forward. Team work and family feel. Great place to work

Hours can be long. Overall worth it and a good place to work. Management is there to help. Would recommend

The only thing I can say with a positive is there 401 plan and that’s about all

Too many hours,and when a holiday comes up you have to make the days up that’s just wrong. Most of the boss’s are arrogant and treat the employees as such.They hired a mill manager that used to run a bakery! Come on! That’s no way to run a mill.When an employee has a great idea to make the job better and more profitable they kick it under the carpet or they tell upper management that they had a great idea.
