Pros

Once I started getting long-term clients, they were the only reason I stayed. When I did have an extremely challenging client, senior management did respond to my needs even in the middle of the night. I absolutely loved and respected my PAC manager.

Cons

Pay, Driving distances between clients, The unreliability of work consistency, Mostly only short-term clients, Most of the clients were difficult to handle,

The employees that worked in the field...nurses, therapists, etc. worked together to do what was best for the patients. The in house LVN was wonderful...so helpful.

Cons

From day one I felt like I had to fend for myself. The DHCS was asked to resign so her only focus was to not leave a mess for the person who would take her place. My orientation was completely disorganized. I was told to see patients before I had any ride outs with the only RN that was employed there and before I even had training on the documentation and computer charting. Though I mentioned that fact to my superiors, I never received the training during my 4 months there.

Can't think of many. It's a job. An awful 1 that pays horrible at best

Cons

The pay. The workers. The office staff. All much below what you would reasonably expect. The jobs. 2 hr time slots & that's it. They paid minimum wage for training hrs. Lied to me about many things to get me in the door. It was a joke of a job.
