Pros

100% REMOTE: I very much appreciate this option! EMPLOYEES NOT PART OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT: Great team players and managers. They really care and most of us go way beyond what we should and are being asked to do by Sr Leadership. If it weren't for my current coworkers I would've left a long time ago but now actively looking for other employment, as are many of my coworkers are, mainly due to the lack of work/life balance.

Cons

BELOW INDUSTRY COMPENSATION FOR EQUIVALENT ANALSYST POSITIONS: Although of recent this is now 'under review' by Sr Management, but unfortunately many long term qualified analysts chose to leave this past year, causing even greater stress for the remaining DTS analysts to cover all existing workloads that still remain. NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE: Due to the non-stop unsustainable project implementation deadlines and frequent epic upgrades allowed by upper management , this is now creating extreme burnout for many Peak Region TS analysts and a recent exodus of experienced epic analysts to leave the company within the past year. CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK CANNOT BE REPORTED ANONYMOUSLY: In other words, honest feedback is not encouraged or otherwise they'd regularly send out anonymous survey's to really find out how they are doing. Apparently the recent exodus of IT analysts leaving is not enough to cause them pause that maybe they aren't really listening and being supportive of those of us who make them look very successful on paper and in the media. For the record, I personally don't trust that I wouldn't experience some type of retaliation if I did choose to submit constructive feedback using my real name, and probably same goes for most that I work with as well. Hence why constructive feedback is being reported here instead. SUBPAR BENEFITS: to be fair, most healthcare organizations now no longer offer very affordable healthcare, just high deductible health plans.
