Pros

Great benefits and caring coworkers.

Cons

Upper leadership instability. CEO seems to only care about his image and the bottom line. Not much room for advancement.

Pros

Nice and friendly coworkers (but you have to be quiet about getting together).

Cons

The hospitals and care sites seem to have better management and working relationships. The corporate office is micromanagement, very OPPRESSIVE climate, no paid holidays, lack of communication, and no engagement from upper management.
