Pros

Pretty decent pay for not having a degree. The work was not to difficult. I really loved a lot of my coworkers.

Cons

The higher ups made everything difficult for us working the actual jobs, they only care about saving a few bucks for themselves. It doesn’t feel like we’re in the business to help save people it’s more like a hotel business, how can we make them more happy so we can get a better score. The actual job, as an ekg tech is a lot of responsibility even though your not a doctor your still expected to tell the doctor everything you see on the ekg and if you miss something and the doctor doesn’t check himself you get in trouble not them which is ridiculous.
