Pros

Decent benefits overall and growing company

Cons

Upper management cares only about profit, They are not listening to any feedback from providers and staff, they forced most clinic managers out recently, tried to cut shift diffs, have little to no interested in what actually happens with patient and they are trying to micro-manage and direct care

Pros

Enjoyed working with great people; great benefits and motivators to live our very best

Cons

They talk about helping you reach your employment aspirations, but it rarely happens, as there is a lot of politics when trying to move up
