Pay seems to be about average Lot of good employees

Cons

Poor PTO that you have to use for sick days and holidays, it's just a ploy to make people think they get more vacation then they do No maternity paternity leave No chance to review your superior and have that listened to Poor retirement, I think you have to be at the company 5 years or lose matching Silos between teams Not much upward mobility Not very forward thinking Poor dated methodologies throughout No focus on listening to employees

Some of the best people I have ever worked with.

Cons

upper level management have not a clue about patient safety and satisfaction. If you become an employee prepare to be lied too at some point,if your a patient question every test,medication,procedure because mistakes are made .
