Pros

fairly good benefits, epic for EMR, specialist support. Generally like my colleagues. Reimbursement for license, DEA etc, good amount of vacation time.

Cons

religious directives not in line with patient centered care. Epic build out could be better. In terns of practice autonomy, there isn't a lot.

Upper management lacks the knowledge, experience, skills and intellect to hold in the position. No training for staff.
