Pros

Great place to learn and grow. Great facilities and working environment. Plenty of opportunities to expand your knowledge of healthcare

Cons

Some managers are just interested in climbing the corporate ladder rather than being in touch with the employees.

Pros

They work at maintaining their mission, vision, and values. They are dedicated to providing quality patient care and it shows in everything they do. Friendly culture.

Cons

They pay below average for most positions and this creates a high turnover. There isn't a good work/life balance. There isn't a lot of growth opportunity. It is very much a "who you know, not what you know" mentality.

Pros

Great benefit package. Fun and interesting job.

Cons

Raises are poor. New hires are making about fifty cents less than a five yr. Veteran.
