      Great pay and benefits. Most the people are really good to work with. Advancements are pretty good if you know people in the dept. you're looking into

      Department under utilization of employees Too many people trying to to do the same thing and not communicating. High paid employees doing tasks meant for lower paid employees. Improper utilization of resources. See a trend?

      Pros

      Loved working with people who actually loved their work and took pride in doing their jobs well. Management actually seemed to care about you on a personal level.

      Cons

      Don't pay as much as other companies to start out, but you do get yearly performance based raises which helps.
