Pros

Average patient rations were 5:1, great HSA plan with a company match up to 1500/year for a couple or 750/yr for single

Cons

Judgmental strong LDS, religious based point of views. Low wages compared to national average. Had to find time for a 15min lunch break in a 13 or more hour day

Pros

Extremely high standards of excellence, quality, and team work. Professional, clean, and safe work environment. Rewards for Live Well healthy eating, exercising, emotional & mental health for all employees w/ Web monitoring and suggested goals and tracking, including managing stress as well as practical issues such as relationships and personal finances.

Cons

Sometimes in such a large regional organization, it becomes difficult to draw in all the various personalities and work styles onto the same page. There are avenues to help find solutions to any conflict or offense, however, they are not always initiated by all parties.

Pros

There is a great work/life balance. The company encourages people to have a life away from work. The co-workers are all fun and there is a family atmosphere. Management was always receptive to concerns. I was treated very well!

Cons

The company has some good initiatives, like asking employees to donate to charities out of their paycheck. However I found this frustrating that the company didn't offer to donate a certain amount themselves, as the employees probably can't afford to donate as much as the board of directors.
