Pros

SCL is a fine place to springboard your career. The use of EPIC systems streamlines billing/payment posting and adds great experience. Generally a positive work environment.

Cons

Their pay scale is considerably under-market and their turnaround is high. There are few opportunities for upward mobility and those opportunities are often blocked by nepotism and salty management.

Pros

Benefits, some co-workers are helpful.

Cons

Management!! Backstabbing, no training provided, good ol' boys network, no opportunity for advancement, actions taken by management that have tenure are never questioned.

Pros

Benefits to a point, big work space

Cons

Supervisors and management were very 2 face with each other and then to their employees. Management could not interact without arguments, instead of a team work environment throughout the company they seemed to work against each other. A lot of backstabbing and manipulation going on there, no respect for their peers and especially lower level employees.
