Pros

IHC has great benefits even for part time employees. They are interested in personal employee growth within the company and with outside interests.

Cons

It was nearly impossible to get a job with them, even an entry level position such as an MA. A provider I previously worked with was able to give me a recommendation. IHC has grown so quickly that I feel they have lost sight of quality of care in clinics.
