Pros

Decent benefits. Great staff at the care sites. Very mission and Catholic health care driven. Small care site with access to larger system.

Cons

Too many upper management staff members with very little support to staff on the ground at care sites. Little to no advancement opportunities. Very minimal educational opportunities.

Pros

Professional training offered annually; great courses for those looking to advance various leadership, organizational and/or communication skills. With the right leadership and your own hard work, there are opportunities for very good annual raises and personal/professional development.

Cons

Not all management seems comfortable with discussing how raises are calculated and given.
