Pros

Intermountain Healthcare is a great company to work for. They provide a lot of education to ensure you know your job. Their benefit package is also great including a pension plan.

Cons

Very concerned about tenure for promotion.

Pros

When it was Exempla, PTO was great. Recognition to be the best in the nation was motivation to stay. Great staff.

Cons

After SCL bought out St. Joe's the atmosphere became dark. Our CEO "stepped down" and like many others I was let go. To SCL it's all about the dollar.
