Pros

Wonderful, caring associates, focused on patients offer empathy to patients and fellow associates. History of caring for the poor and underserved in the hospital's urban setting outside downtown Denver.

Cons

Corporate side of the business has snuck in and put the bottom dollar ahead of associates and patients. Layoffs and vast changes in upper management have created atmosphere of unease.

Pros

Organized, professional, friendly co-workers, managers work hard to ensure every employee has the tools and skills they need to do a good job. Intermountain values their employees and does a lot of fun things for us like fun runs, meal certificates to reward above-and-beyond sort of workers, summer parties, discounts at tons of places, etc.

Cons

Sometime you end up parking pretty far from the part of the hospital where you work. There's a little bit of politics involved in employment here, sometimes it's not what you know it's who you know that gets you a job.
