Pros

The benefits are great and they take pride in their patients

Cons

Working in the nutritional department is awful. The managers and supervisors don't have any idea how to run their areas. You have two options 1. Suck up to them and get favorite treatment. 2. Stand up for what is right and get punished eternally. When you go on vacation, prepare to be punished by working overtime when you get back.

Pros

The benefits here are probably unbeatable. They really are amazing. Otherwise, they give you approx. 10% night differential and 5% weekend differential. You also get a very small "evening" differential which is fine.

Cons

Very low pay for nurses.
