      Must be able to embrace change (not necessarily a bad thing) because there is so much changing at once. But all of the changes are needed. - a lot the technological updates.

      Staff nurses are competent and capable. They are about to have a brand new facility which will be very nice.

      Cons

      No support from management, NONE! Pay is low. Constantly under staffed. Managers have no back bone and will NOT support you in your time of need.
