      - Awesome colleagues who are extremely smart and challenge me to think differently - As the system continues to evolve from a holding to an operating company model, the growth opportunities are endless here! - The individual that I report to trusts me and gives me the autonomy to make decisions on my own knowing that I will have his support - The organization has some of the best technology that I have seen in along time across the entire enterprise

      Stable Good direct manager Coworkers Pay and benefits good.

      Cons

      Lack of training or career advancement. PTO accrual is very slow No advancement opportunities Upper management and working staff somewhat disconnected from each other. Ok job if your content to just stay employed. No bonuses for rank and file Merger fallout still ongoing Turnover
