      The rebranding of SCL Health has opened up great opportunities for current employees looking to expand their professional contributions in different departments. In kind, opportunities are opening up for new employees to join the organization with fresh "eyes" and an invigorated commitment toward SCL Health's re-energized direction.

      Cons

      Pay rates need to be evaluated with current market standards and Executive Level staff need to share information and changes in a more timely manner.
