      Can't trust leadership, CEO making poor choices

      Pros

      Good pay and flexible work life balance. I like my coworkers.

      Cons

      Leadership talks about Stewardship and the Mission, but their actions speak otherwise. The CEO is making poor decisions and not leading the company in the right direction. The upcoming move to Broomfield is a highly unpopular decision with many associates and even within the C suite. No one in a leadership position is willing to make decisions and force centralization of control. Decisions and projects take a long time to complete because buy in is required from multiple stakeholders, all with different agendas. Communication is vague and processes are non existent.

      Employee perks like FitZone and Community Service program, CEO has a strong commitment to community benefit, bonuses.

      Cons

      career path for employees can be limited.

      Pros

      Intermountain has a lot going for it. Excellent management, team spirit, a great sense of community, pushing employees for personal growth. Also it is pretty easy to get time off and they offer great benefits.

      Cons

      The pay could be higher. But they do offer raises pretty frequently for those that deserve it. They require a lot of training. Almost too much. And they often have unrealistic expectations.
