Pros

Good employees that care about patients and their safety.

Cons

Seems that certain areas within the system have hired a group of managers without any previous (management) experience. They not only lack management experience but either have not had experience or are seriously lacking the experience in the areas in which the employees they manage works. There has been huge retaliations against any employees that voice concerns about patient safety. The employees that speak up for patient safety eventually are terminated and then denied unemployment. And to call themselves a "christian" company? This company lacks integrity and collaborates stories to cover up serious lacking of patient safety.

Pros

Great coworkers. Focus is on IHC's mission, vision, and values. Staff are dedicated to provide the best care possible. In the ever-changing healthcare world, IHC has managed to stay a step ahead of the competition and thrive.

Cons

Turnover has increased, with the majority of those leaving due to mediocre salaries and non-existent raises. For a corporation that spends a fortune on beautiful hospitals and PR, it's surprising how salaries are not competitive, forcing highly-trained employees to look elsewhere.

Pros

In the hospitals and clinic, patients are seen as the top priority. Great environment if you're in the right department. Could pay a bit more like other healthcare organizations.

Cons

Corporate is money hungry and they make it pretty obvious. Threaten not to give yearly bonuses, and poor yearly raises.
