Great Benefits, Great Coworkers, Diverse opportunities within the corp. When you have a good manager you can grow and grow and grow --if not you can be micromanaged to death. The y do care about the employees and it shows.

Pros

Good benefits, generous time off, wellness program and incentives. Staff is encouraged to treat all patients kindly and with respect.

Cons

Managers are generally promoted from the department with no management or business experience. Patient care is sometimes put on the back burner to save money. Company professes to care about employees having a good place to work but in reality doesn't care.
