SCLHS was a horrible place to work, especially in the IT Dept.

Pros

Exempla Healthcare, before SCLHS took over, was a great place to work. Friendly, dedicated co-workers.

Cons

Gross mis-management in the IT Dept. Lack of honesty and open communications from the Sr. Director and the Directors that report to him. SCLHS cares more for the bottom line than they do the patients and thier families.
