      Pros

      Health benefits, opportunity to transfer within the company, clean, great co-workers, recognized healthcare provider. Opportunities to participate in community health events and service activities.

      Cons

      Average pay. One of the biggest cons I recognized was that some people were stretched too thin. I observed people trying to manage a workload double of what their counterparts were expected to.

      Pros

      Great benefits, you can tell that caring for their employees is deeply rooted in their culture. This is a company that knows what they are and the direction they are going. I have held several positions and have never loved a job until now. This company has a genuine goal of serving the community and wants to see health improve in Utah and Idaho. Pretty amazing when you think about the effect that would have on their parent company.

      Cons

      Some may argue that the pay isn't great but when you consider all of the benefits it really is good.

      Pros

      High importance placed on work/life balance. Good compensation. Very stable company. This is a job you can keep for a long time and not worry too much about the factors in the economy as long as you do your job.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy and politics. This is common in most large companies. Your advancement in this company depends a lot on what department you work in and your visibility to upper management.
