Multiple changes back and forth, managers are unaware of what they are trying to achieve vs unqualified to manage a fast pace, higher acuity unit; clinical manger spends several hours a week working on Art projects for the hallways, she could spend quality time assisting staff and listening to the needs of the unit;staff unhappy as evidenced by high turnover;unit is run down;
