      Pros

      Great benefits package. A work environment that seems to focus on compassionate care. Management seems to want to help you have a balanced work / home life.

      Cons

      There are no opportunities to advance. The management level positions are all out-of-network hires. Personal achievement (getting a degree, etc) is not noticed within the company unless they ask you to get it. Ask for more responsibility and get more busy work.

      Pros

      Great compensation, good people to work with, education reimbursements, great healthcare because they own their own insurance company, educational opportunities within the company

      Cons

      You have to work with doctors. A few of them can be good people, but the majority have a God complex.
