      Pros

      If you can get into a department with a good manager, there is a lot of flexibility and ability to balance personal and work life. There are some really great people who work for the organization -- in all deparments.

      Cons

      The organization is huge -- over 30,000 employees -- and sometimes it becomes very bureaucratic. I have also noticed that there is a disconnect between people who work in administration and those who work in the trenches.
