      Pros

      Coworkers and unit managers are great! They are so helpful. There is a unit for everyone.

      Cons

      The CEO and the people at the top don't care about anything but making themselves money. They don't appreciate how hard we work. Many of us, including myself are exhausted. This company that once was my ultimate goal to work for is now the reason I never want to work in the medical field again

      Good retirement with pension and 401K match.

      Cons

      Organization is top heavy with too many Executive level, high earners draining the system and requiring nonExecutive employees to participate in less than helpful projects and initiatives that in place for Executive management. For instance, MBA projects, etc.
