Uncommunicative Management

Pros

Paid, on the job training

Cons

Department lacks professionalism. Manager (at the time) made decisions that affected your career, but had never even had a conversation with most people who worked there. You’re given a mailbox but, when I was there, I witnessed the lead EKG tech remove papers from many of them. Hourly wage is ~ $4 less than you would be offered from the University of Utah’s EKG department, which doesn’t require as much from you as this department does.

Solid Company with a lot of great people that care for patients and community. The opportunity

Cons

Executive Leadership has changed the culture for the worse. No longer the place it once was.
