Great team, plenty of resources, lots of time for collaboration, flexibility within the job (participating in outpatient, inpatient, and community outreach)

pay not as competitive, many changes with merger (unsure how it turned out)

At Intermountain Health, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes. Additionally, as two of the nation’s leaders in providing better healthcare outcomes for lower costs, combining SCL Health and Intermountain’s operational and clinical programs strengthens our shared focus while simultaneously expanding our collective footprint to serve more patients and communities throughout the Mountain West. This merger also allows us to reduce costs by allowing for economies of scale and sharing best practices and resources, which can lead to improved quality of care for our patients.
