Pros

Intermountain cares a lot of about its patients. Offer high quality healthcare services.

Cons

Senior management doesn't care about the mental health of their employees. Monthly department meetings are a waste of time. Any concerns get ignored, Micromanagement, and there is a lot of favoritism.

Pros

Ih has a great culture. Leadership has been extremely supportive and engaging. I've never felt more valued, even working in much smaller healthcare orgs.

Cons

Wage caps for positions were recently lowered slightly to align all pay grades.
