Pros

Management helps to protect work-life balance; focus on investment impact, not just returns; fantastic team that supports growth and development; lots of responsibility early; living in SLC (if you're into that); wide mandate across stages and industries gives a bunch of cool experience

Cons

Pay is not competitive on a gross-basis, but it's pretty close on a per-hour basis - carry isn't really a thing outside of partners; benefits (esp healthcare, obv) are quite good; I suspect it's slower-paced compared to peer shops; being inside a giant 50k+ employee company can create friction.
