Pros

I absolutely loved the people I worked with at Good Sams and loved the patient demographic. My co-workers were competent, fun, helpful, and honest! The patients were intelligent, involved in their care, compliant, and an absolute pleasure to talk to!

Cons

The hospital itself (Leadership) seems to value quantitative measures over qualitative. They seem to have a difficult time understanding what makes a good employee. I wish them well- for the patients' sake.

Pros

coworkers, and manager tries to get us donuts when we've had a busy day

Cons

ZERO Benefits offered to this frontline position, terrible treatment and recognition of work, care about your frontline workers? Pay more than $14 an hour. No lunch breaks, non-stop walking for 7/8 hours straight. Nurses who come to fulfill hours often never return due to the work load.
