Pros

Working with kids at Primary's is really rewarding.

Cons

The staff as seen as expendable and not worth the effort to ensure they are doing okay mentally and physically.

Pros

Working with children was very rewarding.

Cons

Long shifts, consistently over ratio. Manager does not enforce a late pick up policy which is typical of most daycares, so you will work past your shift end time. No work/life balance. Difficult to get time off- even when you’re sick. Had to spend my own money for classroom materials.
