Pros

Great coworkers and doctors and good equipment

Cons

Terrible administration. The new CEO is driving this company into the ground. People are leaving at an alarming rate and going to other hospitals

Pros

SCL builds on a solid foundation of patient-focused values and safe care. As the corporation grows, so does the shift to business-focused and safe care. If you're good with that, you may well have a fine experience with SCL.

Cons

The years when C-Suite leadership interacted with staff, listened to staff, and saw staff as equally committed to the patient experience are gone. Leadership focuses on fixing everything but themselves. Such a disheartening change from the earlier years of SCL Health.
