      Pros

      I made some of the greatest friendships with my coworkers at Mckay Dee. Great Management and this was by far my favorite place to have worked at. Competitive pay. Benefits!!! Pick your schedule Opportunity to float as an aide to other floors, increasing your work experience.

      Cons

      Some floors were a lot different than others. As expected.. but It'd be nice to have the same CNA to RN help on other floors! Work as a team! Makes all the difference.

      Pros

      Medical and Health Benefits are amazing. Even if you are a PRN employee. Also my supervisors were really nice and understanding.

      Cons

      IHC doesn't pay that great if you are in position that isn't in nursing or direct patient care. Also, there is quite a bit of turnover so it seems every department is always "short on staff". Also it seems a lot of PSR's have little to no experience (medically or educationally).
