Pros

I worked at st Joseph’s. I loved my manager and team members. They have the supplies I needed to do my job. They have nurse surver in the pt rooms so you don’t have to run all over to find things.

Cons

The health insurance is a high deductible plan. Pay for a registered nurse maxes out at $53/hour. New nurses make substantially less. Pay doesn’t keep up with cost of living.
