Pros

Hard working and caring employees System teamwork among support staff Fantastic Providers

Cons

Upper management is running this system into the ground, they are secretive in their vision which in turn creates a fearful work environment. They have hard working devoted people working under them and don't take the time to acknowledge their efforts. Instead they chose to make decisions based on who knows what, in the end they will lose many, many good people.

Pros

Great benefits, great technology, and great people, the company found me a rental for a month and the gave me a moving assistance package! Very impressed with the company! I know change is hard for people on the inside but change is good, intermountain is first class! I have worked with other health care companies and this place is top notch!

Cons

Maybe increase pay a little more to keep in State talent here.

Pros

Worked with an awesome team that cared about what they were doing. Great benefits, love the LiveWell program and incentives. My job specifically was a super busy, fast-paced, sometimes overwhelming one, but I loved it!

Cons

Management issues big time! A lot of drama due to managements lack of leadership. Rarely held people accountable for being late, calling in, and being lazy. This led to problems within the team that could have been avoided.
