      Love my job in Leave of absence, I have a flexible schedule which works with my commute.

      Good employer with great people

      Pros

      Great benefits and average salary. Great people make the company great. A lot of training offered to employees and to leadership.

      Cons

      Restructure has consumed everyone for the last year. Agree with the strategy but slow implementing the strategy. Lost some good employees that will benefit other organizations.
