Pros

Great doctors, updated facility, patient comfort focused.

Cons

Manager came one afternoon a month and was worthless. She was upset when we had to improvise to fix problems saying she should have made the decisions. But she never answered texts, calls let alone managing anything. She caused more problems when she was around so kind of grateful we didn't see her that much.

Pros

Re-org is a good opportunity to slide into new positions. Use to your advantage.

Cons

Lots of low morale and uncertainty. Changes haven't gone over well. Which is the understatement of the year.

Pros

Stable company. Decent work atmosphere. Good benefits.

Cons

Depends on the director you end up reporting. Few are good. Some senior leaders are worried just about their growth. Unless you have connections and relatives in top management, promotions are hard to come by, even though you out-perform.
