Pros

Lots of jobs available as so many have quit

Cons

executive management has no business plan overwhelming loss of staff has led to patient care issues Management provides no direction There is no company standard, no organization No carer paths, the same handful of people are re-used in whatever the org of the day happens to be Salaries are lower than average for the area. Likely to be layoffs and outsourcing in 2019

Pros

Good place to learn skills and good coworkers.

Cons

Low pay compared to market value. Used to be a very safe environment with great culture, but a lot has changed since new CEO started. C-Level and Board members don't seem to care much about employees, or their jobs. All of Intermountain is going through assessments to cut employees. Morale is tanking in office and clinical settings and it just isn't the same company many of us have grown to love over the years.

Pros

Good HSA matching. Good benefits.

Cons

Management does not care to hear opinions or listen to you. They are more focused on business than on patient care. Marc Harrison doesn't care about anything but making money.
